At Lylac Boutique, we operate a strict “No Exchange, No Refund” policy.
All sales are final. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or sizing issues.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled unless otherwise stated.

We also do not hold responsibility for any shipping or courier delays, as these are outside of our control.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging, if possible

Our team will review the case and work with you to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note that claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Shipping Responsibility

Lylac Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary based on the courier’s schedule, public holidays, and customs clearance.

  • UAE Orders: 3–8 business days

  • International Orders: 5–10 business days

We appreciate your understanding and patience should any shipping delays occur.


Ramadan & Eid Delivery Notice

During the Ramadan season, all confirmed orders will be scheduled for delivery prior to Eid, subject to the announced order closing date.

Please note that urgent, expedited, or priority processing requests will not be accommodated during this period.
All orders are processed strictly in the order they are received.
